Full job description

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team in Springville, Ut. To oversee the daily operations of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers, managing the project timeline, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing technical advice when needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a commitment to providing quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed.
• Schedule work assignments and monitor progress.
• Train new employees in job duties and safety procedures.
• Maintain records of employee attendance and performance.
• Resolve conflicts between workers and management.
• Provide feedback to workers on their performance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $39.00 per hour
